The best country pub in QLD.Fantastic staff, fantastic food. Incredible value. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.Do yourself a favour and pop by for dinner one night.

For the last 15years going up and down on the Bruce and stopping at the Information centre for a piddle stop We never knew the pub existed until a friend booked us in for an overnight stay The hotel opposite the rail station goes back to the last century Upstairs rooms are clean and comfortable no mod cons toilet and bathroom down the hall as well as a TV come lounge with light meal prep conveniences The pub meals ARE great old fashioned like gran used to cook plus sweets No room for seconds Outside there is space for RV or caravan free camp A great place for a stop and recharge the batteries Once there a good place for a stay

What a lovely old pub.You can camp next to the pub for free as long as you go in and have a drink.It happened to be hubby's birthday when we were there, the whole pub sang happy birthday. The chicken Schnitzel was the best one I have had in a very long time,the cheesecake wasn't too bad ever.There are toilets in the park across the road when pub is shut.Drinks prices were reasonable .A lovely little town to visit, so if you don't turn in to it,you would miss it.

Love this country pub. Great food and very reasonable prices. Also friendly staff with a nice atmosphere. Good handy location just off of main road so good spot for travellers. Awesome kids park just over the road. Highly recommend this pub.

Miriam Vale Hotel
We stayed overnight and dined at the hotel. The cabin was spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed and nicely decorated. The service was cheerful and prompt. The meal OK. The contra-rotating taps in the shower had us puzzled for a while. While we did not run out, we could not find a spare toilet roll.Their web site needs to be updated. It showed $85 per night but we were charged $100.

What a find. The daily special was lamb shanks with mash and veggies. Super pub food washed down with a couple of schooners of Miriam Vale Lager. Staff and atmosphere were great. If travelling through Miriam Vale don't miss this.

Stay there 22/6/23 service was slow one lady behind bar running her feet off very busy night 40 minutes to receive a meal ordered steak chips salad with seafood topper extra $10 dollars 2 small prawns and 2 small scollops $46.00 nice meal but not worth that price not like they are out western Queensland

What an amazing place! outside there's a little museum, a pretty garden, and inside is the bar and a nice bistro and fish tank. Delicious food, and lots of vegetarian options. very friendly staff.

Stopped by on our drive to Yeppoon. Really good sized portions and fresh food. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. Would post photo but forgot to do so until we were done
