My partner & I had our BASIC (one group certificate each) tax returns done for 21/22 financial year with this company in Maitland and the outcome has been absolutely ridiculous.1. The so called tax professional had limited communication skills (didn’t speak clear English).2. She didn’t ask us any questions in regards to our tax return.3. We received a different refund amount from the tax office than what was stated at our appointment (less).4. We requested for the service fee to be taken from our refund which for this was $30 on top of the original stated fee.5. We ended up having the fee taken from our refund and then weeks later the same fee being debited from our accounts, resulting in paying for the service twice.6. When attempting to call the maitland office in regards to these issues, we got hung up on.This is simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH & terrible service for something that they are meant to be professionals at.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TAX RETURN!!!!!

Don't go here if you want to maximize your tax return. They will say anything not to claim your spent even if that was legitimate spent for your work.Very unprofessional workmanship. She was even judjing me I wouldn't have spent this much money for my income and kept repeating that she was only educating me watnot but all I wanted was just a tax return, not to be a tax professional. Ended up paying so much more fee than what it had to be and she told me that she hope I could sleep well tonight after this lodgment.I had all the documents for what I spent for the year work related but still wasn't good enough for her. May be she is a secret agent from ato not to maximize people's tax return.

H&R block always used them for a reason they are great and always able to do taxs quick and have you covered at tax time.Thanks H& R block
