Rohen helped us in an emergency on the same day I called!! It was in the middle of some pretty cold weather so we wouldn't have to go without the heater. Spoke with Rohen initially, who was extremely professional but friendly. He immediately organised for an electrician to attend my home. Within 15 minutes, Drew arrived. Again, he was very professional, and I could tell he knew he trade very well within the first 2 minutes! Drew found the faults in our wiring system, fixed everything up for us, and I'm a very happy customer :) I am now using them to install lights above my kitchen bench. Highly recommended! Thank you Drew and Rohen.

First time I’ve ever had someone solve a problem over the phone! Blown away by the generosity, could of charged me hundreds of dollars for a call out but instead ran through it with me over the phone free of charge and we managed to fault find the problem within minutes. Honesty and good will like this is hard to find.
