Completely disorganised in every way, staff, pricing, layout, finding things, even a loud radio, that’s goes on and off by itselfThe place is lacking structure. You do not need 3 staff at a counter to serve 1 personGet on the floor and sort the stock and pricing out.

Very clean and professional environment.I went to Bendigo to stay at a friend's place and had to hire a breast pump because my husband left ours at Melbourne when he was packing (ahhh, men).After comparing prices, this pharmacy had the best price and they had no minimum hiring terms as I only stayed for 2 days. Staff was helpful in selecting for me and showing me how to use, because the brand they had was Medela which I never used before. Staff was very patient and took her time.

Very competitive price, and good service. I particularly like the registered Pharmacist, a very knowledgeable and patient young man, he provided lots of additional information about the prescription medicines even my doctor didn't tell me.

Very professional, knowledgeable and great layout. Had flu and whooping cough vaccine. Great pharmacy close to hospital as well as gift options. Thank you

Great service both with pharmacies items general goods in store.Nothing seems to be a problem with the staff. The staff knowledge on stock is very reassuring . A+ service.

Don’t go to this chemist.Went in to buy the Whooping cough booster. The pharmacist took me to the counter and I asked “what do I do with this now?” (as in, where do I take it to get administered). She just starred at me, refusing to reply. I then said “Where do I go to get the vaccine put in my arm?” and she passively aggressively replied “to another chemist or nurse” and didn’t expand. She clearly didn’t want to help me - strange considering she handed me a vaccine, you would think with that kind of medicine you would want to give clear instructions.I was not sure whether or not I was meant to keep it in the fridge - I asked one of my friends who’s a nurse and she said she didn’t think so and to just keep it away from direct heat.When I went to get it administered the next day at a doctor’s surgery, the vaccine had died and I had to purchase another one. It was a costly 24hrs.I went back to the pharmacy and explained the situation. The lady made sure to finish her conversation with her colleague before helping me. She said that they would’ve given me the proper instructions and I explained that they didn’t and she told me I was wrong. The pharmacist refused to give me any kind of refund and they gave me a form to claim it on tax - which I can’t do because it was for personal reasons, not work.Very rude and nasty experience.

Really knowledgeable pharmacist and exceptionally helpful staffs. We (my daughter and I) went to store to grab some medicines, in and out for 10minutes, impressive efficient service. They have won me over and definitely see me again! 10/10 for absolutely amazing service!
