The Lab Boxing Academy

My family attend The Lab Boxing Academy and we love it! The training is challenging and always a great learning experience for us all. I especially love that coach Rufo is passionate about sharing his knowledge and goes above and beyond to deliver a well rounded program suitable for beginners through to advanced level. My boys have fallen in love with boxing thanks to coach Rufo and have improved immensely in such a short space of time. We recommend The Lab Boxing Academy to all families and individuals who desire to learn the ins and outs of boxing as well as stay healthy, strong and fit, not only physically but also mentally!

Rufo is a dedicated and professional coach. I Strongly recommend him, after feeling down with routine stress, I have been able to recover my energy, wellbeing and getting fit at the same time when attending boxing classes at the lab boxing academy. He is a legend!!!

Rufo the trainer and the owner of a club is very professiona enthusiastic and passionate! His sessions normally last much longer and he doesnt charge extra for his time ! I have been training with coach Rufo for a year now, he is very helpful, extremely accommodating and let’s not forget encouraging and motivating. My 9 year old daughter currently attends Lab Boxing and is loving it. Rufo the 'coach' is very experienced and great working with children. It's very technical with some fitness thrown in to keep you in shape - which is just what we were looking for. Other places are more for fitness, this place trains you to be a real boxer! Would highly recommend!

I have been using coach Rufo as my personal boxing trainer for more than 6 months now. I'm happy to say that he's one of the kind who would make sure to give 110% to his effort each and every time and go above and beyond consistently.His method of teaching along with extensive knowledge in not only and limited to boxing techniques, also in general fitness which makes him an amazing well rounded coach.I'd recommend him to anyone whether you're a beginner looking to get in shape or a competitive boxer who's looking for a proper coach who knows what he's doing.
