It was cheap and is a good choice if you're looking for a 'do it yourself' option for a crowd. Has a large hall (would seat 150) with a stage, kitchen, toilets, chairs & trestle tables and an instant hot water heater so you can have a tea & coffee station. Not sure about heatibg/cooling.
