Great first trip, really clean well presented store. Customer service was perfect. I felt comfortable and relaxed eating in. Would highly recommend. Keep up the great work.

How can the standard Macca's fare vary so much between stores??? Dry, overcooked and stale sausage and egg muffin with a cold, greasy and undercooked hash brown...yep, really enjoyed my breakfast thanks. Staff member on the headset (girl with pink hair) was the only saving grace. Bright, friendly and smiley.

They got 2 pickup windows for drive through, I did order in the morning around 5AM from drive through, I was at pickup window 4, the staff came to give me my coffee and told me rudely that we don’t use the window for pickup, I told them why then written here and be professional, you can’t talk with customers like this. Very unprofessional morning staff, 5 star for bad service.

Went in. Waited 15 mins for our food. We had to keep asking. They were meant to bring it to the table. They didn't. It's lucky we checked for the 3rd time. It was just sitting on the counter. Too busy worrying about drive thru and not the restaurant. They get a 1 star cause the food was at least edible.

Need to change the oil in their fryer. The chips are brown and get the odd old chip that nearly broke my tooth.Some advice would be is take your time.Stop trying to rush out orders and do them fresh.Went back to get some more fresh chips and they grabbed and old pack off the warming rack and half the chips were cold.

Always a very slow experience in the drive thru no matter the time of day even a 10min wait at 1am.What is in your order is hit and miss whats in the bag, so if you have dietary requirements I suggest not coming here.Waste management is very poor nearby carpark and streets have become a dumping ground since the store has opened, obviously McDonalds has no care for the environment

Ordered thru Menulog. Food took an hour. Delivered stone cold and open package. Hair stuck on tape. Will call health department Monday.

What can you say, it's Maccas!In this particular restaurant, compared to other locations, is the staff lack of attention to detail/lack of care when preparing food.More often than not, cheese slices are slapped on wherever, half on the burger or muffin and half over the wrapper, sauce the same, bit of a joke really ... sure it's fast food, but take a bit of pride in your work ... not that hard ... I'm guessing this is due to lack of appropriate training in this particular restaurant

Disappointing. Not up to standard. Tables dirty and in the 40 minutes we were there ... waiting and eating...no cleaning done. Took 20 minutes for meal (at 4pm with only a few other customers). Have never had to wait this long ever in a Maccas. Burgers cold when they arrived. Unlikely to go back.
