No words needed, $90, Never AgainMake sure you inspect the car prior to handing over your $$$, asked for a partial refund was refused, ask me to bring my car back to have it redone, No Thanks5/2 Um, no you will not be seeing me again ever, as I had mentioned to you over our phone call and email, as explained i wish to have a partial refunds of $30 since this work is not worth $90.FYI, he checked my car prior to commencing and to quote me as I explained what I wanted.What else i find peculiar, how articulate, well scripted i find your response in comparison to the email???

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!I booked and paid for a Full Detail" at a cost of $349. Which states that this includes a "cut and polish" as per their website.I contacted this store one week prior to confirm my booking as I had not yet received a confirmation. I was advised that I was not able to bring my car in on Monday 12th of June as the cut and polish machine would not be available on this day. I was then asked to bring my car in on Sunday 11th of June at 10am

$400 and a 4 hour wait for a vehicle detail that was only half done. Literally as I opened the door to the vehicle there was dirt still all along the footstep, parking receipts still on the dashboard, the front and rear windscreen had not been touched, and the seatbelts had not been cleaned. Generally a half baked job with visible evidence of very little having been done. The phone charger accessory was removed and not returned. Staff tried to argue the point. I had to return the vehicle two days later as the interior was left so wet it had started to smell and become musty. Staff tried to decline my request, but finally conceded as they would prefer that to sitting in the musty car with the windows up. Came back another 3 and a half hours later to a barely acceptable appearance and smell. It's possibly going to be the worst decision you make for your car and wallet if you choose to go here. Silver Tongue Shortcut Sponge should be avoided.

I have been a faithful customer for at least 5 years but today when I returned to my car, one of the employees decided to take a couple of $$ from my centre console and in doing so, jammed it partially open with another coin. I brought it to the attention of the manager before even starting my car and he flatly denied it stating it was an outside wash only. I’m sorry but I would have been very aware if this lid was jammed open like this when I left it with you. For the sake of $4 or $6, you have cost me significantly more as I’ll have to have the entire console removed to rectify. Absolutely infuriated

Kmart has an amazing sale on Chamois cloths at the moment. How do I know this? I had to go looking for some to fix up the job that Silver Sponge has done on my car.After speaking in detail about what I needed done I booked a premium clean and waited 2 hours. I came back to pick up the car with high expectations but saw nothing but dirty wheels, streaks on the windows, wax streaks on the paintwork and very little attention given to the interior clean. I could give my 10 year old cousin $20, a sponge, a bucket of water and he could probably leave my car in better shape.After bringing up the dirt on the wheels to the manager (who did seem very reasonable) they got someone to come out and re-clean them. I then spoke to another member of staff about my dissatisfaction with the attention to detail. He tried to tell me that black wheels are hard to clean because they can’t use chemicals on them.. I could LITERALLY wipe the brake dust off with my finger… In the end he charged me for just a standard clean which did not include the wheel clean. This is reasonable but doesn’t change the fact that I still need to finish the clean on the car myself or take it somewhere else…. I wish I saw all of the other 1 star reviews first.I’m sure you guys are capable of doing amazing work, you just didn’t quite get it right this time.

For a little Toyota echo I was charged $55 for an exterior wash and wax. Kinda felt a bit ripped when I got home and noticed cobwebs in the front grill. It was an average clean for an exorbitant price for such a little car. Could’ve, should've, would’ve gone to my mates on Dixon Road, Rockingham, for $29 for same wash but better service. Won’t return sorry.

I paid $150 for an express detail booked online which was priced at $149 . My car was not vacuumed under mats , the mats were still dirty , no treatment applied to any of the interior which was part of the quote. We stood and watched for a minute and the same dirty cloth was used for ALL seperate cars . Windows were not cleaned had visible finger marks on them . Even tho the lady ensured me they would be cleaned inside and out. The outside was left with water and soap marks all over it . Was not even rinsed off properly . Did not even wash the back bumper AT ALL it is still covered in dirt . Bugs still on the front bumper . Cobwebs on the side mirrors.ZERO CARE ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL ZERO STARS !Ripped off. From watching them work , it appears there business model is to clean every car the same reguardless of what is paid for , and only fix problems if it’s bought to their attention.I would not recommend you waste your money here! Go and find a professional detailer . Although they are expensive you will get the results you are promised . Not just a quick wash any 10 yr old could do better !

Car looked amazing and clean at first look. Few spots inside and out that where missed at first. But we were never told they would be removing my two baby seats. The lady who served us saw we had two kids with us mentioned everything that the service included, but never mentioned removal of seats, if we were told this I would have declined. We returned back to our car and the seats were all over the place. I pay a professional car seat fitter to install my baby seats, so they are safe. Will now have to pay money to get them refitted.Tried to explain to the men at the counter but the customer service was very rude.

Charged 80$ to wash my RAV4. Interior barely looked different and had a bunch of spots on the exterior. Carousel car wash faaar superior. Avoid at all costs
