Hiring them for decorating the venue for my 40th birthday was the biggest mistake I have done. I have seen their photos on FB only. Thought they are professional as shown on FB photos - They cost me $1200 for a circle ( white ring drop circle not solid) , no proper cake plinth ( very small old metallic table - I’llPut the photos up very soon). No table cloths, didn’t use their crockery or furniture- as it was a proper venue. They provided Vase with silk flowers, few candles and custom sign on easel. I’ll put the photos up soon for what I have got. They says there is 30 mins compliment photography involved in their package of $1150, I have requested to extend to 1 hours and paid $1200 ( person came with an old camera - which wasn’t even flashing in more than half of the photos) and his attitude was terrible. My guests were surprised for what I have got after paying a leg and arm.They asked me to pay 50% upfront which I had paid straight away and just 48 hours prior to event (really dodgy) they said I need to pay the balance to go ahead ( I did pay the rest without any delay).In a nutshell, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get robbed by them. Even the venue owner was gobsmacked when he saw the decorations in comparison to the price I have paid.

I attended my friend’s 40th birthday last Saturday and I was very curious to see the decorations as she paid $1200 for the package. But sorry to say she wasted her money and time to hire them . Everything was very disappointing. Their camera wasn’t working well and flower ring was nearly empty. Not recommend
