Outstanding Experience Highly Recommended!After many weeks of research and many phone calls to various different providers I finally made the choice to trust Andy from IGreen Solar. It is so difficult to know who to trust in this market so I made sure I had done extensive research before signing with IGREEN. At the end of the day I chose IGREEN because they are good value for money and come with CEC certification which gave me good peace of mind. They were also recommended to me by an independent organisation that rates solar companies. I was very impressed with the installation process. The electrician was very professional and did not break a single tile on my roof, all the paperwork was submitted promptly as promised and the job was completed on time. My solar panels have been working beautifully and I have already seen savings when I log onto the Energy Australia app and see that I am making money by selling back to the grid. My only negative would be that I cannot get the Growatt Inverter app to work which is more of an issue with Growatt not IGREEN. Overall I would definitely recommend IGREEN as a Solar company as they deliver on their promises and produce a quality product and install at a very competitive price with a CEC backing which many other companies cannot provide. Cheap quotes with massive bills to follow.I had a sales consultant quote my house after I sent extensive photographs from many angles of our place. The quote was $7K for 10KW system and I paid a $200 deposit. After the installer came he wanted Roof washed, new screw lines put in, scaffold around house, gutter rails ect. For the instal at my cost. This was going to more than double the cost of the quoted figure. The installer just didn't want the job. I asked if I could get my deposit back from John Baker and he said yes but it never came.My advice to anyone considering this company is to forget it and go with a reputable (large) one because that's what we did in the end and we are now happy with the end product that cost $10K in total.

Rick was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Had the installer reschedule at late notice which Rick handled well. Our system was originally ordered incorrectly because we gave the wrong roof dimensions - Rick fixed the order without hassle. System still working well after 2.5 years.
