The team at VICPROP have always been a pleasure to deal with. In particular our property manager Kayla.Kayla always brings such a personal touch when corresponding or speaking with us. Remembering the small details really makes us as tenants feel valued, which is unique to Kayla and the team at VICPROP.Having rented for some time and having numerous property managers, we have never experienced such excellence before.

I'll give negative stars if I can. We had a terrible experience with the agents from this real estate. Poor communication between vendors and buyers. We have black and white proof that we asked to ask to add a clause to the contract and send to us to sign but we never received and the agent put the blame on us for not signing back the contract so we lost the property. Even made us spent money on building inspection, took our report and a few hours later told us the property was sold to someone else. I complained it the the Partner John Li. He said they did nothing wrong. Didn't even admit the agents did a terrible job in talking to both parties. Stay away from any properties sold by Vic Prop. They are irresponsible.

I have been with Vicprop Williams landing for nearly 2 years. I am very satisfied the way they handle their work. Mara Shen our property manager is the BEST property manager I have ever come across . Very professional and always prompt to respond when you need someone for small repairs. Vic prop has been managing our property for over two years now. Kayla and her team have been amazing. Kayla understands our requirements very well, listens patiently, provides timely guidance on any maintenance or dealing with any issues with tenants whilst they exit/enter. They also have great tradie network whose services we have been availing for any repairs/maintenance. Overall we have had our peace of mind whilst Vic prop has been managing our property. I would recommend Vic prop for your property needs.

We are not pleased with the service rendered by Eric Tang. On multiple occasions he has been difficult to deal with and quite rude. It is a shame the property is now managed by VICPROP. I thought this would be a professional company but seldom agree based on experience and their conduct has thus far been unprofessional and not up to standards of other property management services which I have used before.

VICPROP is really a very professional real estate agent with a big heart. They not just earning money/commissions, they are of helping people to find a place to live with the current market situation. They listen to prospective tenants, trying to understand the needs of clients and helping find the right property to lease.Stella Jiang is an asset to this company.

Worst real estate agents ever! We deal with Kayla. She is unprofessional. End of lease she make lots of issue without any reason and not return full amount of bond. PleaseStay away from this real agency.
