U-Haul Trailer Hire

UHaul BP Cannon Hill - has a practice whereby they require a minimum two visits to the shop front every time a trailer is hired or returned. That's a minimum for for visits to the shop front for one trailer hire. If there's an issue with the key, trailer, trailer plug then this will require additional visits. I believe the manager's name is Ven - I would be happy to provide him feedback directly about other trailer hire locations that function in streamlined manner.
