The staff and professionals at dental boutique really pride them selves on great customer service and care. I am a current client/patient of their and I have just really noticed they always are kind, and helpful and straight onto any concerns. Dr Connor changed my whole look with one tooth that he did an amazing job transforming for me. Can't wait for the rest of my treatment I'm excited. They just make trips to the dentist pleasant thank you ❤️

I have just had 8 veneers done with Dr Sally. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing as are my beautiful new teeth. I cant thank the team enough and can highly recommend Dental Boutique. I researched a lot of other companies for months before feeling the most comfortable with Dental Boutique and it was 100% the right decision. Getting veneers is honestly the best thing that I have done for myself so if you are not sure about getting them done - do it! The results are life changing. Where to start! I was self conscious about my teeth for years but was too uncomfortable going to the dentist more than I had to. Dr Shaylee made the entire experience so much better than I could have imagined. She was very informative about what the process entailed before hand and was very concious when it came to my nerves. When getting my 10 veneers and gum lift (never know a gum lift was a thing but very happy she recommended it for me), Dr Shaylee and nurse Sumi went above and beyond to make sure my hours in the chair were as comfortable as it could possibly be. Could not recommend Dental Boutique more! My confidence has sky rocketed since getting my veneers and I have the team at Dental Boutique and especially Dr Shaylee to thank.

From the beginning right through to the very end of my experience with Dental Boutique, I felt cared for, valued and safe in the hands of Dr Eleanor. Not once did I hesitate or feel unsure about the process and Dr Ellie was phenomenal - I knew was in the absolute best hands the entire time. If you’re considering your own journey, I could not recommend Dental Boutique and Dr Ellie any higher - the experience is second to none and I am just so happy I was able to have my smile makeover with them!

I don’t do reviews often but I was just absolutely blown away by the service at Dental Boutique in Balwyn. I had the amazing Dr Sally and some incredible nurses working with me to achieve my dream smile. Sally was so so knowledgeable, articulate and understanding of any questions I had. She showed so much care and understood all of my needs and feelings during an experience which could be overwhelming. We need more dentists like Dr Sally! The practice itself was fantastic, a well oiled machine - all the awards they have won make absolute sense, 100% perfect service in every way possible.

Incredible team! Dr Olivia and nurse Leanne did a amazing job- they work with you throughout the entire process and ensure you get the best results! Super friendly, down to earth and professional. They where super gentle!I absolutely love my smile and could not have asked for better results.The experience is also incredible, the space is clean and beautifully designed - I felt really comfortable.

My experience with DB was absolutely fantastic. I had work done, quite a big surgery for the makeover but I couldn't be happier that I followed my instinct and chose their services. From first consultation thru the end my PAIN FREE surgery with the most amazing surgeon Dr. ANDREW CHENG who has been absolutely amazing, patient, professional, welcoming and most importantly he made my almost 4 hr surgery pain free.
