Carpet One supplied and installed a beautiful natural cork tile thru-out our house. They went to great efforts to install prior to our moving in and then provided excellent after sales service. At point of sale, installation and then after sales service we are very happy to recommend this company.

Johnna did a fantastic job helping us purchase new carpet for our house and getting it installed for us at short notice. They were very competitive for price. The guys who installed the carpet were very professional, helpful and went that extra yard to get the job done perfect. We used the same place 16 years ago when we originally put carpet in our new home.

Newcastle Carpet One are just around the corner from where I live. I'm always one to support local businesses, so I walked into their showroom to see what options they had for replacing my carpet in a rental property with a vinyl plank. Johnna talked me through the options and gave me samples to help me make decisions. She was up-front with all costs, availability of product and quality. Within a week, Carpet One had measured up, quoted and installed the new vinyl planks. Every part of the process was professional, on time and top quality. The installers cleaned up afterwards leaving the townhouse clean and taking away the old carpet and underlay. I would thoroughly recommend Newcastle Carpet One.

We have recently completed a renovation of our home. Newcastle Carpet One supplied all our flooring, carpet in the bedrooms, vinyl flooring in both our son's room and in our just finished kitchen and loungeroom. All the staff have been super friendly and helpful and the installers have done a good job! We have no hesitation in recommending Newcastle Carpet One!

Highly recommend Kathie, Sean and their team for helping me with the selection of my new window blinds. After consultation, I decided to go with a blind that I can see through to admire my garden, yet have the privacy from passers by looking in. I just love the versatility, today I've chosen to have them at the same height of my hedge.
