While the staff are very friendly and do their best to help, I feel that Management is where the problem lies. There seems to be very little, if any communication between shift changes. The recent move of many patients to a newer building was disorganized at best.

The staff are amazing at what they do. They looked after my loved one so well. Appreciate all the hard working staff members aged care is not an easy job.
