At Eleven

This is a wonderful place to stay in a great location. It's beyond comfortable, totally clean, with everything provided for a cosy neighbourhood stay, including a huge bathroom with claw-foot tub, washing machine, TV/wifi, etc. Karen was an amazing host and provided whatever I needed. She went beyond the basics and made me feel very welcome. I will gladly stay here again.

Thanks to Karen for a wonderful stay for 4 people at eleven. It was beautiful, clean and very well presented. Everything we needed was there including breakfast foods to get us started for the day. The sofa bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and highly recommend this accommodation. Close enough to town to walk and not too expensive for an Uber trip. Karen was lovely to chat to and available if we needed anything. Loved the special touches and house decor was amazing. Thanks again Karen.

I chose this property as it was quiet and private, located in a nice neighborhood. Grocery, cafe's, restaurants, and other shopping only an easy 10 minute walk away. The landlady is wonderful; she stocks the kitchen with a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods. You'll want for nothing on arrival. I found the property spotlessly clean, too. If you are looking for a quiet, private retreat, this is the place!

This charming, vintage cottage offers a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a very spacious bathroom (complete with clawfoot bath), a separate lounge room and a small kitchenette with essential cooking facilities. It abounds with memorabilia and quirky decor, and has a collection of books and board games in case the weather closes in. Our hostess was friendly and approachable and ensured we had everything we needed. We had family to visit in Sandy Bay so the location was perfect for us. This cottage would suit travellers who prefer character and a more spacious alternative to hotel rooms, and a location away from the hustle and bustle of city streets (20 minutes walk from Hobart, or a short bus ride) .
