Have used the services of Ken and his team for many years after a long association [30+ yrs] with his father Gordon , previous to this. They offer the professional expertise of a large company whilst retaining the friendly atmosphere of a family operation.Thumbs up to all the team.

Tara was responsive, professional, respectful and diligent in the work performed. It has been a pleasure to entrust Tara with our tax returns and other calculations.

To say I was disappointed with the service I received this year would be an understatement. Firstly having my appointment cancelled 3 times by you and then told it might be easier just to complete an expense form and bring it in was disappointing. Then once you had my return, I was told it would be processed in about 2-3 weeks. After numerous phone calls to chase it up I was told it would be finished at the end of next week, 3 times. Almost 8 weeks from my first phone call it was completed. To top off this less than ideal experience I was charged what I would consider inflated amount which did not match the service I received. I have been using this firm for just on 20 years and feel it just wasn’t good enough. And it is not a complicated return. I understand staff shortages are a problem but being upfront and charging an appropriate fee to match the service would have been appreciated.

I highly recommend Hall Chadwick Accountants. I have been using their services for many years and each encounter is always a pleasure. The team are prompt, informative and make tax returns a breeze. Thank you Ken and the team!
