Nice enough people but we have been waiting for 7 months to get the washing machine in our fully furnished rental property fixed and they have only just notified us that we will be getting a new washing machine now after we have sent them a form eleven and they breached the form 11so we notified them that we would be contacting the RTA to get a form 16 so now they have ordered a new washing machine whyll the dishwasher is still broken and the shower door is still in need of repair

I don't even think they deserve a star. I wanted to rent a place, they could n,t even ring me I got a text. I needed a bigger place and i place i,m in as been in ill health. I do sewing and cooking for myself and I,m involved in the QCWA.
