Needed an alternator desperately, ordered it over the phone at 10am picked it up at 1.30pm that day. All other places (although marginally cheaper, but not more than $30) had a 3 day up to 1-2 week wait. Great work Auto One Browns Plain and thank you

Great place to get your stuff and service staff are knowledgeable. Had 2 ladies at checkout, one was helping a customer pick collect a part on order the other left us standing there waiting to be served. She could have rung up the sale on the other register. Still recommend them they great for all your auto needs

Amazing service and knowledge, just finished my 3 year project and could not have done it without the dedicated team, last week push and was in there everday, everyone went above and beyond to help get all the parts i needed which is not always easy with a 50 year old car thats not quite factory any more, always my 1st choice for auto parts

Wish you guys were still on the sunny coast always found you were well organised when chasing parts . Great to see the old local store wasn't a one off . Even contacted me to make sure I got the item delivered and check if happy don't get that very often these days

Bought a battery from here from century at browns plains auto one. Battery is faulty after 5 weeks of use cells are gone independantly tested. Logan the manager at the store is choosing not to repair or replace the battery and is giving me wrong information to chase the battery up with the manufacturer when that it is not required as part of the consumer rights law.If you want a dodgy place to not honour your battery returns feel free to come to auto one browns plains you will feel welcome thanks logan ill i asked was a replacement for a battery thats dodgy.
