Customer service is awesome and quick. Just a suggestion if there is a space for accessibility chair or electric wheelchair ♿ to park in waiting room it would be great.

The staff were nice, however to pay $162 for a NT 12 week pregnancy and to not receive any photo printouts, to get a DVD (where no place these days take DVD's to transfer images to printout) a USB copy of my photos would have made more sense. Disappointed I now have to hunt around to find a way to get my images off this DVD. Not pleased. Something needs to be done about this, it wouldn't Evan take a major upgrade. Something needs to be done.

Excellent customer service. Caring, helpful & efficient. The lady taking my scan explained every step which made me less nervous.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had two bad experiences now with this organisation. The first was when I had a 28 week pregnancy ultrasound. Rang up to get assistance with directions and the receptionist when I asked was it next to the specialist centre said no. Which it actually is. Then when going in for my scan both the receptionist and the female sonographer were both rude and unfriendly not a smile between them and I couldn't believe staff could be so unprofessional. I took my 3 Yr old son with me who was strapped into a pram who watched his tablet whilst the scan was done. I am a single mother and had no one to look after him. Not at any time was I told that was an issue at this scan. My son behaved well and watched a movie on his tablet. Then I rang to book my 32 week scan and one week later was ring and told I couldn't bring my son with me even though I had on tthe first appointment and there were no issues. They waited one week to ring me and tell me this and now I may not be able to book in elsewhere within time. I can not fathom how this unfriendly unprofessional organisation is still in business. They have a higher than mighty attitude when you speak to any of them like they are doing you a favour to keep their business running. Absolutely appalled and disgusted. Not a family friendly business and I will never go back there. I will be telling Flinders Hospital of the horrible experience I have had and strongly recommend they don't refer patients to this organisation again.

Thankyou to the lovely woman who performed the procedure at Noarlunga Hospital. She really helped with anxiety and talked through everything. This made it so much easier. I hope this feedback gets back to her. Also reception staff were friendly and efficient. Booking on phone was good too. A big thanks to you all because attending to the whole person is so crucial and this is what you all did.

I had a ct guided injection today (3 of them)I was really scared and emotional. The doctor and nurses were amazing, talked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was ok before they did everything.. the nurses even holding my hand... Felt really comfortable with everyone...I'll definitely recommend and will be returning in the future if I need any other procedures..
