We had Eryn look after our nine month old while we had a wedding to go to. This was the first time we have left our bub with anyone else. Eryn was very lovely and approachable. She kept our bub to her routine and updated us on how our bub was going throughout the evening. Would definitely recommend her :)

Instantly we knew we could trust Eryn. She is friendly, she is kind, enthusiastic, interesting, encouraging and showed incredible initiative. Rugrats Byron Bay - Babysitters
We were staying in Byron for a wedding, having flown in from London with our toddler 24hrs earlier. Rugrats were fantastic to deal with, I made the booking and discussed arrangements over email ahead of time and they were super responsive and accommodating. Our daughter warmed to Renee the second she arrived, they had a great day together, and Renee even managed to get her napping at the right time despite the heat and jet lag! I would absolutely recommend this service.

Couldn’t recommend enough!Our sitter Kelly was fantastic, she treated our son who was unwell and just wanted to be held while sleeping as if he was her own!She communicated with us beautifully throughout the 5 hours he was in her care!Reasonably priced and easy to communicate with.

Julia was fantastic! We had contact the day prior and throughout the day and evening when Julia had the girls. I really found the process super easy and I was very comfortable to leave my girls in Julia’s care.

We used Rugrats at our wedding over the weekend and we could not recommend them highly enough! Tara was a superwoman and an absolute natural with the kids. She did an amazing job at making them feel comfortable and creating a night of fun for the little ones! We would strongly recommend Rugrats Babysitting for any couples who want to include children at their wedding and ensure that it is a fun and stress-free experience!

First time using an out of town baby sitting service. We were in Byron for a wedding and had our 6 & 3 year old as well as my nephews who were 10 and 3 to be looked after. Like most parents we were a bit apprehensive but to come home to have the eldest of the four say that Sisilly from Rugrats was the best baby sitter he has had was a very positive note to finish on. Great service, easy to use and will be recommending to friends that visit Byron.
