Zumba with Lola Mawson Lakes

Definitely one of my best Zumba experiences with Lola. Lola is one of the best instructors, very friendly, always high on energy and so much positivity in her classes. Thanks for showering us with flying kisses. Love the catchy music choices from Latin to Bollywood. I highly recommend Lola’s zumba classes to everyone.

I joined Lola's classes when I moved to Adelaide and have loved them! Lola is really welcoming, easy location and the classes are fun and easy to follow along!

I have been attending Lola's Zumba classes now for 4 years. They are my absolute happy place. No matter your fitness level. Lola will modify for all fitness abilities, so that all can come and be part of her classes. After every class, you will walk away knowing that you have had a good workout, which was fun and most importantly left you smiling and happy. Lola is such a friendly and genuine lady that cares and takes the time to speak with her students. If you are thinking of trying Zumba for the first time. I highly recommend going to one of Lola's classes. You will not regret going.

Lola is an amazing Zumba instructor with high energy. She keeps you motivated throughout the session, and time flies by without you realizing it. I highly encourage people to try one class before saying no. You won't be disappointed!

Lola is the best dance teacher! I like her energy and passion for the dance, she spreads her energy to everyone in class. I really enjoy the zumba classes I have improved my movements as well. 100% recommended.
