After making a call to order a cake for the following Saturday we were told to come in on Monday to get all the details sorted. When we came in Monday we were told quite abruptly that they weren’t able to do it as we needed to give them seven days notice. Perhaps better communication between staff. We took our business to the other Ferguson Plarre near the Bendigo bank entrance of fountain gate who were extremely polite and more than happy to help us out.

Just recently u noticed a mark up in price but thought everyone did. Went to another Ferguson Plarre and the sausage rolls are $1 more. What else has been marked up too high? What a rip off. I work in fountain gate and will be going elsewhere.

Really disappointedI came in Thursday afternoon between 4.30 -5.00. I asked if I could order a birthday cake for Saturday? The girl behind the counter told me I could order online or on Saturday.I asked about what cakes I could order going around to the front to see what was there, the young lady once again tried to put me off ordering. In the end I said that she obviously didn’t want to take my order so I will go elsewhere.Here is the thing if I’m in your store asking to order a cake willing to pay up front I obviously don’t want to order online!!!!!!I have done enough of that over the past 2 years and would prefer to see and discuss what I would like to spend my money on.I have gone elsewhere and had a great experience with people great-full for my business

Worst Customer Service by the owner’s husband. Very rude and attitude. Hung up on my face while I was trying to order for my partner’s Birthday. Had been their customer past 6 years. Congratulations on losing one of your regular and valuable customers, who ordered almost every month and on every occasion from you! Words are very powerful!!

Ferguson Plarre has new owners and unfortunately the coffees that I have bought haven't been that great. The coffees have been watery and when I have asked for strong coffee it is rather weak compared to previous owners.This place makes the best coffee in the shopping centre. If I'm around the front of the centre and I want a coffee I'll drive around to buy one. I've been coming here for years. I've never had a problem with staff and I always find them friendly.Remember if it's busy be a little patient and show kindness they are doing their best.

Sometimes a place can be perfect, quaint, perfectly displayed, tasty warm drinks and food, polite and sweet staff....and then you meet the owners.I had just sat down with my kids after ordering some hot drinks from the front and out she comes and looks at me as I've sat down..Have you ordered anything here!?" Looking at me like I need to leave this seating area now!.. Erm (who is this person?)..well yes I just did. She turns around and stomps away. When I go in to collect the drinks I ask if she owns this place

It took so long for me to put my review, I worked there for 2 weeks only, VIKRAM was never rude to me, but PRABH. If i think back about the time, that prabh has always compared me with her well trained and quite experienced employee, always killed my confidence, sometimes by saying that i am dumb, i was scared of her. Obviously thats not how a work environment should be.DELETED MY REVIEW, (BUT HERE IT GO AGAIN)

Donuts are always amazing, I especially recommended the strawberry cheesecake. The manager is a sweetheart and a blessing! Would buy again!
