Excellent. Radiographer Ahamed was kind and caring and made sure I am comfortable while giving me plenty of time to decide and settle. He was confident and competent in his work related to my CT scan. He also explained everything so well to me. Thank you Ahamed

Lumus Imaging Indooroopilly
This is the third time I have visited this venue for testing hand imaging in the last 10 months.They have of course recently changed their brand name.I've been very happy with the service when I have phoned to make an appointment. The staff member has done their best to fit me in... and if not on the days possible, they look for times at their other venues that could be more convenient.Mostly I have found them to be on time with appointments. The staff and operators are always very professional and polite.There is free parking out in front of the building off Station Road. The venue is upstairs. There is also a lift.Perhaps the only suggestion I would make is that people's names and details are not voiced and projected so loudly across the reception counter for all in the waiting room to hear on check in.Having said that, this is pretty much typical of most medical centres, doctors surgeries, eccetera in my experience. It will be great when this is remedied, as there is need for some degree of privacy for personal reasons and security too.Would recommend this place.

The reception staff leave people waiting at the desk for 5 minutes, without any acknowledgement. And the nurse, though charming, was brutal. My arm still hurts from her needle 5 days later.

I was 5 minutes late when I arrived and when I went to check in the lady at the counter pointed to a chair and said sit(she had made my appointment in person a few hours earlier so I thought she knew who I was and would sign me in). So I did and waited. 20 minutes later I thought I have waited long enough and wanted to know what is the hold up. Well they didn't call my name because of a mistake somewhere they won't admit too. The only options for me at that point was to wait 2 and a half more hours or come back another time. So I had to take another afternoon off work.

The receptionists probably have burnt out from their workload as they told me on the appointment day they couldn't do the test because they don't have a specialist to do it. So after fasting overnight and a few hours in the morning i have to go to another lumus clinic. Two weeks later after overnight fasting and a few hours in the morning i arrived at another lumus, guess what! I was told the same thing, but the receptionist there told me the Indooroopilly receptionist usually called to confirm before booking me in there. So now i have to wait even longer to get my test done.

Lumus Imaging Indooroopilly
I had an uncomfortable experience here due to amateurish clerical errors and terribly incompetent staff. This was especially infuriating for me given the circumstances of my procedure. At no point was any apology or explanation provided to me.I had an appointment at 12:30pm for a renal ultrasound at Lumus Imaging Indooroopilly. I was told to drink a litre of water prior to arrival at 12:20pm, then do some paperwork and have the ultrasound conducted at 12:30pm with a full bladder. I arrived around 12:15pm complying with the water drinking instructions and did the paperwork. I waited until 12:35pm, when I started having difficulties holding, then asked front staff when my ultrasound could be done. She told me that the technician was OUT FOR LUNCH, then suggested I visit the bathroom to relieve myself somewhat before refilling with water. I told her I could not do that (because I had another appointment soon and would not be able to refill my bladder again on time). She then went in and upon return, told me my appointment was actually at 1:10pm, which it ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT. Then, she checked the system again (finding out that I was in fact booked for 12:30pm), and told me to wait around 10mins for the technician. I waited till 12:45pm, when I felt discomfort in my right waist, and I asked the counter again. She checked again, then told me to wait 5-10mins more. Finally, at 12:55pm, I was allowed in, being barely able to hold and walk at this point, and finally had the scan performed.No apology of any sort was given to me for this.

The team were all fantastic. Everyone was professional and went the extra mile to explain the ins and outs of my procedure which really put my mind at ease. Special mention to Jo for bringing me additional peace of mind during my procedure with her warmth and kindness.

I visited Lumia imaging at Indooroopilly. The radiologist William was so helpful. I had a shoulder replacement surgery and needed follow up X-rays In which one of the images was in a difficult position. William was helpful and kind. I was also suffering from vertigo and felt dizzy. William sat me down and waited for me to be ready to proceed. He was so kind and professional

This is the second time at Lumus and the first visit was extremely professional and the staff were very attentive and caring.This time was a disappointing as whilst sitting in the waiting room the receptionist that dealt with me was prompt and efficient but then I heard her swearing about a colleague which I felt let the side down. I noticed her name is Kerry and maybe she needs to realise that voices travel.ThanksSophie

Lumus Imaging Indooroopilly
Lumus has the best equipment and very talented staff. I have ehlers-danlos syndrome and require regular imaging and cortisone injections. A special mention to Rachel. She was kind, compassionate and very informed. And Colin, at reception is exactly the kind of administration that you need when you are in pain. He's patient and helpful.Great experience.
