I have been to other hairdressers. Now I will only go to Bel. Bel is so efficient and professional and knows exactly what my hair needs by just examining it. She is my hair doctor!! Every time Bel does my hair colour, it doesn’t fade to that orangy tinge as time goes on, which I hate. She also knows how to do a certain cut that other hairdresser have been unable to do. She always goes the extra mile and is so fair with her pricing. She also makes sure that I am not there for so long like other hairdressers where I have been there for 3 to 4hrs!! Whenever I want that confident, beautiful feeling Bel has the powerful ability through her skill as a hairdresser to give this to me. Bel’s ability to put me at ease through her genuine, kind professional customer service is also another reason why I recommend her to everyone. Thank you Bel! ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

When I first attended to Jade Hair Design, I was welcomed by Bel from day one. On regular basis I was attending to also get blow dries on a weekly basis. Its been about two weeks where I can not get a hold of Bel, nor is she in the shop. I have rang the shop many times to find out where Bel is as I wont let anyone else touch my hair however am struggling to find an answer. I would be extremely disappointed if she is no longer there as she was the only one with a brain and great customer service towards all.

Belle was fantastic! She worked around my availability and schedule. I got a colour, trim, wash and treatment and left her salon feeling so good and happy with the results. Definitely will be returning. Great service and highly recommend!!

❌ don’t ever come to this salon. Their promos are false advertising. Very bad service and quality of products. They charge me $800 just for foils and keratin and after washing it after 4 days (as they instructed) the $800 didnt do justice. Its not what it is on their ads and photos and instagram. Very dishonest as well as couldnt even give me a receipt, when i asked for a breakdown of $800 she included products and even haircut that didnt happen. Writing this to help others not to be ripped off by this salon and MJ the hairdresser. I feel Sad when salons like this take advantage of people.

Unprofessional lazy & rude staff! I booked for wash cut treatment blow dry & Marajena only washed it once! Finished in under 25 mins. Not impressed. Sloppy blow dry & fell out after a few hours. A friend went also & Bell was very rude & didn’t even show her the back with mirror after a cut & blow dry. Finished in 15 mins. No wonder they have no customers. Avoid this place! Also Bell stood eating while discussing style. So unprofessional. Never again.

So very happy all round, I haven’t had a short hair cut but what a great cut.Had a keratin treatment going back for colour next week.Can’t thank you enough

I had a wash cut and blow dry here at the beginning of the year and it was a great experience. I booked online for a 6pm appointment for tonight. When I arrived no one was there. I called the number online that is the landline. I also sent messages on the chat online and on Facebook. Quite disappointed as I was really looking forward to it. Sadly had to go elsewhere.

Pathetic customer service.Time & money waster.The original price was $300 and 55% discount so the price will be $135 after discount.Purchased a voucher from Groupon for $135 and went to redeem it. I was told to pay $300 or just go back to Groupon for a refund.DO NOT blame the third party (Groupon) if you are the one who is putting the advertisement through them.You offered the premium service for $300 and after discount would be $135. It was you who accepted to the terms and conditions for offering this discount.Simply put the price for $300 and no discount so we have a choice to buy or shop somewhere else instead of offering false discount.Sneaky way for getting more walk-in for this quiet salon.You should get 5 stars for being the rudest business owner.I Will never go back there.
