We sent our girl Zola off to board and train with Troy for 3 weeks and Wow. What a difference it’s made. Troy is nothing but exceptional at what he does and the progress we could see he made with Zola in 3 weeks is staggering. Zola has great foundations for less reactivity and now comfortably walks along side us instead of pulling like a mac truck. Troy has provided us with fantastic guidance and information on how we continue to progress with Zola post board and train -which adds to how valuable his services are.Massive thank you once again Troy !

Just picked my girl, Rosie, up from her 4 week board and train program.From initial consultation, to drop off, pick up and in between, Troy has been so hands on with Rosie and treated her as if she was one of his own dogs. From the get go, I felt comfortable leaving my girl with him and the Core Canine team, as they ensure that we as the owners, know the step by step process of how they will be training our dogs whilst in their care and also keep us well informed along the way with email updates and instagram posts.As soon as I saw Rosie I could tell that she was less anxious, less stressed and was enjoying her surroundings as well as the training process.I left the pick up feeling confident in Rosie and also confident in my abilities as Troy will continue to help us as we transition from board and train to the home environment.Could not be happier her already outstanding results and am looking forward to continuing her training with Troy.I have already suggested Core Canine to many people and will continue to do so.

We began lessons with our Rottweiler Diesel from 8 weeks old. Our lessons with Troy were informative, detailed and helped us to develop a strong bond with Diesel. Troy taught us how to continue what we learnt at home, and we left every lesson feeling more confident. We decided on a two week board and train for Diesel after he had a bad experience with another dog and became reactive. Troy immediately put a plan in place to help Diesel, and the change in his behaviour in just two weeks was extraordinary. We are so pleased with the results. Troy has helped Diesel become a happy and confident dog. I cannot recommend Core Canine highly enough.

Troy was extremely informative, his skill, professionalism, enthusiasm and passion is exactly what we were looking for when searching for a dog trainer. He invested time going through all the core elements and foundations to teach us, to help our dog through her training. Troy was highly recommended and now i know why. Troy's passion for dogs was evident from a young age.What makes this business so special is Troy's attention to detail.He cares deeply for the dog and the owner!Being a dog trainer myself, it has been special watching Troy's development from the beginning and a real highlight is watching him transform not only the dogs life but also the owners relationship with their dog.Troy has shown me many things but what stands out is his investment to not only the dog, but, the owner too!Being in the industry for the past 35 years working and training dogs for many different applications there isn't many people i would trust to look after my dogs but Troy is one of them!

We have been working with Troy for just over a year now completing multiple sessions and x2 board and trains for our Rotweiller Kobe. Both my partner and I cannot recommend Core Canine enough. Troy's teaching principles and systems go a long way, which allow you to build an amazing relationship with your dog. Our boy Harvey has just completed a 3 week board and train program with Troy.We missed him terribly, but the huge changes in behaviour were noticed immediately. He wasn't pulling on his lead while walking, the lead was actually relaxed, he didn't bark at anything. Usually he barks at everything, but not the ducks, people or other dogs.I look forward to continuing Harvey's training now we have home back. Knowing I can contact Troy should I have questions or need help is a comfort.
