I visited in the store late yesterday afternoon and was attended to by a lovely lady Alicia. She was exceptionally polite, attentive and very helpful. Whilst I was trying to make a decision on the purchase, she did not push me into the purchase at all, she gave me the time and I told her I will take 5-10 minutes to think about it and went for a walk. Upon return to the store Alicia was waiting and had put the item I was deciding on out the back. We discussed the item more, chatted about other things and I felt very comfortable dealing with Alicia. I could tell she has been in customer service a long time, meanwhile another lady (don't know her name ) also came up to chat and gave her opinion on the item that I was deciding on. I made the purchase and cannot express enough how lovely these 2 ladies were. I would not hesitate in recommending to shop at this store, they are also very professional on their approach from the word go to the end of the sale where she came from behind the counter to hand over the gift bag with a beautiful smile. Thank you ladies, you made my shopping easier. Keep up the great work.....Jenny :-)

Thank you Michael hill werribee and all of their amazing staff. On special occasions I like to splurge a little on my loved ones and am often stereotyped at other jewelry stores as I am not one to dress up. This is the ONLY store where I have repeatedly been treated decently and given the time and assistance from staff that a wealthy looking" person receives instantaneously at jewelry stores. I have happily purchased 2 wedding rings

I would definitely recommend Michael Hill to friends and family again, not just for the great service but also the amazing range of rings and how they look.

Jane the Store Manger is always so helpful and friendly with all of my questions and helping me with my ring to be resized. All of the ladies that work here treat customers with such respect and friendly towards everyone.

I came to the Werribee store this Sunday for wedding rings and the sales persons totally ruined my excitement.It was not a busy day, 3 staffs with 3 customers and we decided to wait. Then, AMAZINGLY, we turned invisible. We sat there for 30 mins, no single greeting at all and at least 3 groups of people after us were served. I even asked when they were free but I couldn’t get a clear response and SURPRISINGLY that that staff asked us to “move” for her customer finish the paperwork and measure ring size (the point is that they actually moved from another side of the store to where I’m waiting, totally make no sense why they couldn’t do this there).This customer service is NOT professional and friend at all, if I don’t want to say rude. They gave me a feeling of ignorance.Never come to Michael Hill again. If there is zero star, I will use it for this store.

Love the jewellery here, only place I shop because the ladies are amazing! Always working hard and so attentive and polite.

I came today to look at a gemstone ring. There was nothing which caught my eye unfortunately. But I was impressed at the two young ladies in the store. They were very well dressed. They were polite, not racist and treated me with respect although I was not in my best attire. Thank you for the kind gesture. They made me feel welcome. Thumbs up.
