Great North Chinese Take Away
It's not a 5 star restaurant but I give it 5 stars.The owners are very nice and I bet you didn't know they don't use MSG. They make their own stock.The food is bloody tasty and it makes me wonder why all other places use t he horrid MSG.It's small and busy at times but worth the wait. Its the good old Australian Chinese food. I love it.Keep it up guys and don't listen to the haters

I love the pork chops with plum sauce, I just can't seem to not order them. Juicy, tender, delicious and always served with a smile.

Great North Chinese Take Away
Terribly disappointed with the service (waited 1.5hrs midweek) although the delivery lady was apologetic. The spring rolls fillings were puréed and very mushy. The Honey Prawns were over cooked, however the Chicken Satay was tasty. I thought twice about posting but for customer service and on principal it would have been a better look not to charge a $3.00 delivery fee on top of a very ordinary meal.

Great North Chinese Take Away
We ordered this in desperation as we cannot go to Burwood currently. First of all, when we opened up the boxes, we were a bit stunned by the crab sticks. That's not really an ingridient for seafood tofu bao. Fish and prawns were bit dry and probably from the frozen isle. Noodles were decent and the pork chops had good flavours but quite greasy. Overall, it passed as home style Cantonese cooking. Lovely people. Quick in and out

The large size Lemon chicken and chilli Squid so soft and moist NOT dry like most other places..hes got a secret this fellow so it dosent dry out . DELICIOUS!

I Thoroughly recommend it. Its good old fashioned Chinese food at its best!! It would be hard to beat!! Chow Mein and Satay Chicken were delicious

The dishes are delicious and generous on meat. It does perhaps take slightly longer during busy hours to get your meal ready but it is very much worth the wait. (Personally i love the pork in plum sauce)

Great North Chinese Take Away
Told 45-60min for delivery. After 1hr10min i started calling- finally got thru 30min later only to be hung up on. Called back to chase my order and was told we are busy
