I initially called and there was no answer so i left a voicemail requesting return contact. I was sent a text message by Tracey who provided a very competitive quote after ascertaining some details. I was keen to progress and asked whether i could arrange to come collect the battery. I received no response. When i called to follow up, the person that answered couldn’t hear what i was saying due to their bluetooth phone system and continued to talk over me while i was explaining the situation. I had to end the call as they couldn’t hear me, and they made no effort to follow up. A lot of chasing for no return. I was bitterly disappointed after wanting to support local and seeing so many positive reviews. Be prepared to put in a lot of work to get a good deal.
