I undertook the 'Getting to Yes' program through CMA Consulting. The course was expertly facilitated by Nick, especially given it was over Zoom. I think all of the participants learnt from each other, but the conversations were greatly enhanced by Nick's friendly, inquisitive style of questioning that drew out greater insights. Would thoroughly recommend this Program to Middle & Senior Management.

I have undertaken a number of CMA Consulting's courses. CMA provides quality tools to communicate effectively using a methodology that I have found simple to follow and to apply to all aspects of my life whether it be negotiating with teenagers or business associates, writing influential emails or co-ordinating a project.Of all the training courses I have undertaken across my career, I have found CMA's courses the easiest to put into practice and to see immediate benefit from.
