Great store for the motorsport enthusiast in your family! Have bought numerous items on many occasions now, and have always been happy with the purchase. Great variety of products.My only problem, is that they don't have a walk in store set up anymore and everthing is bought online, or if you see them at one of the major events (which explains why, close to these events, they are unable to supply you with a certain product because they are packed up on their way to the event).

I ordered a shirt I needed express for a party, Helen handled my order quickly & efficiently & I got the item before my deadline, Helen went above & beyond to ensure I had it in time. She was polite, courteous & is a great asset to the company. I could not recommend her any higher.

I ordered late on the Monday night and it arrived from Melbourne to Canberra by Thursday!The customer service operator was outstanding and updated the website availability while I was on the phone so I could submit my order in real time!The product is 100% genuine and I couldn't be happier!

I am not happy at all with this store as I had to return some items I purchased from this site and when I actually drove to the shop in thomastown to get a refund they told me items on sale can not be refunded back to you only a credit will be given back to you to by again. And I also purchased items that we're not on sale and they've said they will refund my money back as it's been 2 weeks since I visited the store for my refund the email I received from them saying it has been refunded back to me or my PayPal account as I don't have a PayPal account and I paid with my master card and I also replied back to there email telling them that but the email address cannot received a reply very funny about this. But in the end I will take legal action over this and I hope that no other customer has to go through this as I have to.
