Baskin Robbins Beenleigh

Thank you to the team and the manager for helping reunite my son with his toy that we left there :) They went above and beyond and even put it in a bag with some sweets. We were so relieved. All the workers were so nice and helpful. Also the ice cream we got earlier in the day was served quickly, even though they were really busy. Good job!

Been a few times and always receive great service here. Ordered a few icecream cakes aswell and they even have a few already made if not already gone. Always plan your cakes days before for customs. They deliver through ubereats and doordash too.

Maybe don’t advertise that you’re open til 10 and then close the doors at 8:50 on Valentine’s Day!

The staff didn't know what they were doing. Poured the milk for an ice coffee then said this is all I have. Offered oak milk (which I can't drink) to top it upThey typically we poured the milk back in the bottle.Never again!

I’ve been a regular customer at this shop for about 1 year now. Lately i’ve noticed a change in employees. This shop doesn’t feel as clean or as pleasant as it use to be a few months ago. I believe there was a curly hair male worker that did work quite often and did handle the shop very professionally, but lately I haven’t seen him, making me stop going because of his professional service I don’t want to be served again. I’m not sure if you fired him or he quit, but he was the reason why customers were coming.

Smaller scoops than other Baskin Robbins stores, the staff member was also trying to rush us in ordering to the point he was visibly annoyed at us for taking more than 2 minutes to pick our flavours. He then insisted we just stick with the 2 flavours instead of 3 even though we wanted 3, I also noticed the customers before us had a similar experience and were chatting to each other as they left about how rude he was, I understand he had uber eats orders but if you can't multitask maybe you shouldn't be in retail.

Always receive wonderful service here! Great for a late night treat! Love the Belgian waffles . Please bring back nutty salted caramel :)

Just ordered some ice cream and no one knew what they were doing. The ice cream I wanted was frozen and they said I would have to wait 10 minutes for it to defrost. I said ok and I waited in my car. When I went back in, the staff had no idea who I was or what I ordered.As they scooped the ice cream, they dropped the first scoop on the ground and looked at me like I if I wasn't there they would put it in my container (not really related but still interesting). Anyways the teens didn't fill up one of my tubs but I paid full price for 30 minutes of an ordeal. I should of went to Macca's instead. I don't normally have bad experiences there but tonight was so bad I had to say something. Ideally I would like to be compensated to some degree a tub of rum n raisin and a tub of cookie dough.I didn't want to say anything to the kids because they're just kids and by the end I was ready to just get out of there :/

This place has amazing, efficient service. Workers are young but super friendly and great customer service. I’ve come here twice before and it’s never disappointed. Ice cream is cold, Toppings are fresh and the place is super clean everytime i come here. Definitely worth the money. The young girl that works often with brown hair and a great smile makes our night so happy. Love it.
