We found out about them by chance while camping in Colac - Anthony told us all about the business and the wild harvested venison he gets from the Otways, then Beth delivered some beautiful sausages straight to our campsite! I also took home a whole shoulder which Anthony kindly dictated to me a Nepalese slow-cooked recipe for, it tasted amazing!
