Just been in today, and got the best service from Diana. Fantastic customer service, left there very satisfied. Saved us a lot of money, will definitely go back there and if anyone needs help with hair colours, go see Diana!

Absolutely love the service received by half price hair supplies! So knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Although the owner has offered to ship my products many times and makes ordering so easy since moving away, I’d never give up visiting and purchasing from this store! Highly recommended

Mixed results - product ordered and delivered quickly. Staff pleasant and pro-active. However the item advertised was not the item supplied - apparently L'Oreal has replaced Absolut Repair Lipidium with Absolut Repair Gold and Quinoa. I specifically ordered the Lipidium because this is what I want - I do not like the Gold and Quinoa. Nothing on invoice or website indicated that Lipidium was discontinued or not available. So overall I am frustrated that I now have to waste time and money returning an unwanted product to obtain a refund.

This business was very unhelpful with refund of an unopened purchase 2 days after purchase, I would not recommend.

Dee is so helpful and caring to customer needs. Dee spent well over 20 minutes helping me choose the right colour and brand. Dee is very honest and isn't all about making a sale. Thank you Dee for your friendly A++ service!

19/3/2021 updateI thought the shop would not reply to me about my refund request. However, after I talked to John on the phone, we happily discussed the issue; I waited for him to ask his boss to grant for a refund and Voila! My problem is resolved.I was not happy with the shopping experience because I assumed they didn't want to deal with my problem. But I was wrong. The misunderstanding started after I called twice but couldn't get John on the phone. Later on, I found out I did not call during his shift, so I jumped to the conclusion based on my lack of patience.I have to say that I jumped to a conclusion too quickly and didn't give the shop a response time.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This shop is verbally convincing me to agreeing swapping into another product, which I received and is completly different to the one I am after. FIrst, the sells might be named John, didn't show me a picture and didn't sent me a email confirming the swap. Secondly, the postage cost was free for the last product and suddenly increased to 29 for this swapped product. Which seems like he just didn't want to refund the price difference. Do not buy from this website, only go there in person to specifically ask for the one you want.Terribly experience, people should know.
