Over the years with several cars in our family, Jack and his team have been very professional, with high expertise and attention to detail.Their work has always been superior to that of the 3 major car brands' official service outlets we have dealt with, even though the big brands charge much more.

Jack is very helpful if maybe a little out of touch with new parts. I have no problem that he would work it out.His contract mechanic he has there is unfortunately a huge let down. Massively over quoting time to do jobs, rude, and I would say not much of a mechanic. He also likes to call customers some choice names from his cave in the corner.Because of this mechanic unfortunately I will never darken the door of this place again. It’s a shame but there are businesses in the same expertise that customer service and honest time quotes to bother with foul mouthed unhelpful mechanics that work here

Jack was fantastic! He took my Toyota in on a days notice and helped replaced my alternator, battery and re gassed my air con. His attention to detail was phenomenal and his pricing was incredibly fair when compared to others in the area. Would highly recommend him and will continue to use him again. Cannot thank him enough!

Jack is a fantastic human being, very professional and friendly. He goes about his work with such patience and calmness with us as owners (even on an old Ute which no one wants to work on!) lovely guy and very honest.

The reasons why such a high rating are:1. Jack is extremely customer-focused and goes to a lot of effort to explain issues and demonstrate work that has been completed including showing you parts.2 Jack's integrity shone through with our last visit when an issue that was initially quoted cost $800 less when Jack explained that when he did his investigations it the problem showed was not as he had originally assumed. Simply put, Jack could have returned the car to us and presented us with the bill including the extra $800.3. Jack runs an automotive repair and auto electrical repair in the one workshop which makes dealing with both sort of issues very convenient.4. Would highly recommend

Pricing was not clear ended up paying 100 dollar more than what was communicated … 300 for servicing ( 100 more than what was communicated ) and 150 dollars for new wipers - not fair.

Jack really helped us out in a tough situation. He managed to fit in our camper van with his busy schedule and went beyond with his service and consideration. And gave us a more than fair price! Could not recommend him enough!

Jack was super helpful in helping me sort out a new alternator after just one phone call. Delivered parts the next day for me at a really good price point. Was super helpful on the phone to double check the part was correct for my car and even called the following day after installation to check everything went well. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Thanks jack and team!
