Great staff, most are friendly and helpful. Some of the girls/women there are cheerful and up for a friendly talk at checkout. One young girl at checkout/self service is easy to talk to and treats you as if you are a friend of hers

Coles in general have the worst trolleys,there wonky,dirty so here's the plan get a trolleys from another store and shop at Coles.The deli has a great variety with staff always ready to help.The bakery smells wonderful and the loaves are what you expect,great tasting,soft and the right amount of crunch on your Vienna loaf.Floor staff work at keeping shelves stocked but sometimes at inconvenient times.Check out is always swift,friendly and always ask if particular items can go in with others.

This coles has great workers and the deli is nice and clean and amazing but that's it the rest of the place needs a clean milk area smells because no one cleans the split milk from stocking them and they have nothing in stock but other Coles so it's so annoying because you have to go else where to get the items they don't have on stock but other Coles have no problem with the stock.

The staff are helpful and generally friendly. It's fairly clean but they are often out of stock and I'm not fond of having to use the self serve when doing a bigger shop.

Lacks stock always stock all over place making it difficult to move around generally pretty grotty shame really not like it once was, staff are pretty good though most of the concerns are with management and there lack of pride

Ive shopped with coles for decades and was disgusted with the rude and dismisive attitude of the managet at corio. Mitch the duty mngr was rude and yelling on the phone then hung up on me. He lied about an interaction with one of his staff members. So much for the customer bring right.Totally disgusted

Click and collect... paid for an item in stocks to be toldcout of stock. Took my money then said said will refund in 5 days.
