My Google Pixel 4XL was not recognising the battery, taking charge or stayting turned on unless connected to a charger (a known issue Google was not repairing in Australia).I had been quoted very high prices from other repairers for a battery replacement and was even told it could be a more serious issue that could cost more than the phone is now worth.GR Phones were able to identify the battery issue over the phone, explained to me everything in very clear terms I undestoodand and was repaired same day.Friendly service, great price, very quick repair, and clear communication. Will definitely use GR Phones again in the future.

This store is amazing!Apple store claimed that they can’t fix my iPad and for just trying to fix will coast me $500 with Apple company. They were bad attitude.BUT this store fixed it~~~~! I just hold my iPad and it’s all good. All my data has been saved. They are friendly and great service. I will recommend to everyone and the people who face the same situation with Apple stuff.

!!!!!!! THEIVES / SCAMMERS !!!!!A week later and I am still trying to get my parcel from their store !! Read my previous review , after me physically seeing the box from cettire with my name on it and the lady telling me it’s was not scanned in properly and I couldn’t take it and posting a bad review the parcel is now missing and apparently their cctv footage wasn’t working how coincidental, guess it was my mistake describing the item !! stay clear from these guys !! Wouldn’t even trust them to fix my phone !!Have been on phone to dhl and emailing the company cettire and also contacted hubbed parcels to resolve this for a week now .

Had 3 iPad screens fixed great price and Sam was very helpful and willing to help talk me through everything highly recommended A+++++

I could not get my messages history to go from my old Iphone to new Pixel phone. GR saved me once before with a broken phone so I went back again. Super friendly and helpful. I now have all my history. They saved the day once again.

It was my mistake to take my phone to them for battery replacement, I have to check Apple authorised repair centre before take it to them. Unfortunately the battery is now much worse than it was before being replaced. I have requested original battery replacement and it will cost $109 then the the guy who at reception told the original battery replacement will do by an Apple authorised person who is on leave until few days. I have got a call after few days and told me that the original battery couldn’t be replaced due to other issues with charging ports and it was not have been there before. And he advised me to do replace with an after market battery and it has same performance and it will covered under 90days warranty, so I thought I would go ahead with it. So they did replace it with aftermarket battery. After battery replacement the phone will switch off frequently and the battery draining so quickly. So I have contacted GR phones and they said there is other issues with my phone which was not rectified that’s why the phone switched off and they will do a refund and put the old battery in. After return my phone the displace has a white mark and the Face ID is not working. Anyhow my phone is useless now. Please be aware who is going to replace a battery better go with an authorised repair company unless saving money and cheap repairs.

I have been to GR phones twice now with repairs needed for my iPhone and can’t recommend them highly enough.The repairs are done very promptly and professionally.I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.So much better than the hassle of having to go into the city and the longer waiting times of the Apple store (and it’s cheaper ). Never had any issues with my phone post repair and it continues to work perfectly.

Phone would not charge anymore had a broken socket put phone in a week later had the phone charger port replaced and now phone has power again thanks
