Highgrove Bathrooms - Hoppers Crossing

Omar, Fiona and the Hoppers Crossing’s store team were absolutely amazing from the time that I have walked into the store. They have great knowledge of the products, very competitive prices and amazing customer service.

In the process of choosing and buying a vanity unit for a powder room, we had the pleasure of dealing with James who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was solely and honestly focused on our needs.James patiently assisted us when it came to choosing colours, materials, tap ware, shape and colour of the bowl. He obviously had a good understanding of design and aesthetics - things that matched and things that didn't go together.James also arranged for us to pick up 2 items that Hoppers crossing didn't have in stock.

Good service following a warranty claim. Informed the store of a fault that developed with an older mixer over the last week and the guy offered several solutions to get if fixed. Ended up getting a new cartridge fitted and mixer is back-up and running.

Staff were very helpful, very good knowledge of plumbing. Assisted me with technical support regarding their range of in wall cistern toilets and offered me solutions on how to get around some obstacles I was facing. highly recommend.

Big props to Ray who has gone above and beyond to help get everything I needed for my ensuite fitout..he has been great to deal with. Cheers

Worst experience buying from Highgroove in Hoppers crossing, very poor Cust service. Got a toilet suite which was defective from the beginning, it was during covid as well and that toilet suite rarely been used since installation. They have been sending in people to service it few times already and they just come and fix something but not replace the defective parts causing the issue. And this happened before the 1 year warranty which covers the labour cost as well and they played around not fixing it all this time. Now they won’t respond to calls, even after calling several times, just won’t return call, and the staff are being rude disconnected the call just saying it will cost labour, not asking if we would like to proceed and fix appointment or not. Extremely poor customer service ever. Will just dispose the whole suite and get a new one from some other retail with better service. Never again buying anything at all from highgroove and do not recommend anyone buying from them.

Highgrove bathrooms was recommended to us after we struggled to find what we needed and get assistance at other places.The team at Highgrove bathrooms are amazing, friendly and so helpful, they stock a great variety of items, and they made the whole process of finding what we needed, picking styles, ordering, changing items when the bathroom design had to change and sorting delivery super easy.I can’t recommend them enough, I just wish I knew about them sooner, it would of saved me a lot of time and stress doing my first renovation.Thanks again to the amazing team, will be seeing you soon to get things for the next part of the renovation.
