I just watched your story on 7 news. Well done! I am not a builder or a tradie. I just can't stand people who wont meet their financial obligations or pay their bills. Good onya. Striking a blow for all those hard workers out there that take a chance going out on their own.

I used Xclusive roofing to repair my tiles and paint in 2017. I was given a 10 year warranty on their job. I have noticed water leak from roof near my chimney. I contacted Simon from xclusive roof, message him, emailed him and even spoke to him. The response is NIL. The warranty is not even worth the paper it is writen on. The occasions I managed to talk to Simon, he promised to come and fix but never happened. I even volunteered to pay him but no dice.Please do not use xclusive roof and do not trust their warranty.
