The customer service at this Adairs is awful. I walked around the store for ages before anyone even treated me which doesn’t bother me to much unless I need help but then when I had my product in hand and when to the counter the staff were too busy having a conversation. They were literally standing a metre away from me ignoring the fact that I was waiting. Then to top it all off the lady was so rude. I’ve been to this Adairs a few times and the staff are always so rude.

Retail worker in her 50s, bit of a large build, looked right past me today to greet someone who was better dressed and older than me while i was standing right in front of her. Later came to greet me to mention that the rug i was looking at was 'full price' with a demeaning look on her face. This was on a Wednesday at 4:30 (26/7). Love this store but was put off making a purchase due to her behaviour.

Older staff lady is very rude.No service unless you walk up to the counter to purchase. Have to hope other staff is around to ask for hand in suggestions.

The staff are miserable and so t help you unless you look posh enough. That’s the feeling I got. I would have purchased more but I was t going to spend money in a store with these miserable u helpful women.The quilt however is lovely even though it took me almost climbing on the shelf to get
