The service from OZ Air was exceptional. We dealt with Adam in Northcote, and he and his team were simply fantastic from day 1. They offered advise on placement taking into account our concerns and needs. The installation was flawless, and three months after the installation we cannot be happier with the result. 100% recommended.

Adam and the team from Oz Air were fantastic. We had an old unit that hadn't been working since last winter! They came in and gave us a free quote and were able to arrange installation of a new unit for us within a week.Their communication was great, they were flexible in working around the availability of the practice and we are now all enjoying the (much needed) warmth of our new unit!

Adam promptly came to service our current AC and advised of the expense for repair. A new Mitsubishi AC ordered & installed - Les arrived early and was very efficient in removing the old & installing the new. He took all the rubbish and left our place clean.The AC recommended for us is working well for us today and coming down most of our home in this 37° heat.Thanks

Dealing with Oz-Air has been a positive experience from the moment I rang for a quote to the moment the last tradesperson left my house. The supplier delivered the wrong unit to them and Oz-Air pulled out the stops to get me another unit and still install it on that day. Communication throughout the whole process was brilliant. Their tradespeople were efficient and friendly and left my house and garden looking clean and tidy. Based on my experience I would totally recommend them.

I needed a split system for our house. After a few days of research, I exactly knew what system I needed. The only concern I had was the installation. Because when it comes to my house, I get a bit fussy and it is very important for me who comes to our house and how they do their job. Initially I booked with a different company but just before paying the deposit, we read their google reviews and realized apparently their boys not acting professionally on site. Some customers were complaining they were laughing loudly, smoking & drinking during the job. So I immediately cancelled my appointment with them, Then I decided to go with Oz Air Group. I was at work when they came but I was told that the installers were quite polite, professional, clean & well behave. They looked after our newly purchased house. They were able to finish the job in 3 hours. Everything is working perfectly. Yes I recommend them for sure especially if, like me, it is important for you who comes to your house.

Adam and his team (Les, Ben & Mitch) did a great job on the installation of 4 split systems at my property (inc. on a multi-head). Adam was super responsive and reasonably priced. The work was high quality and the team was really efficient. Highly recommend.

A very easy experience from first contact to installation. Very responsive to queries, gave very practical and knowledgable advice, were on time, pleasant and very careful with my environment. Les was very professional and did a great job.

Really happy with the installation. Ticks all the boxes, guys respectful, on time, tidy, great job, goes extra mile, pulled some stuff from blocked gutter while up ladder, and even chased my dog who escaped from yard. Lovely guys all round.

Not the best experience with OzAir unfortunately. The process of providing a quote was professional and efficient but there were delays with waiting for the units and the installation - this is understandable considering current supply chain issues but communication around this was below par. After the installation there was a fair bit of mess for me to clean up which seems to be standard practice for tradies these days, but considering they finished an hour ahead of schedule I thought it would have been a nice touch to help dispose of some of the debris while waiting for me to get back from work rather than waiting in the van. Again, perhaps my standards were too high? Finally, and most significantly the heating and cooling systems did not work properly. Despite multiple calls and follow up visits the team insisted the units were in fine working order. They clearly weren’t. Only after an electrical engineer was sent over from Mitsubishi did he inform me that the units in the 2 bedrooms had been wired up back to front. And you know - that’s fine, mistakes happen. But being told time and time again that everything was in fine working order while sweltering though a couple of months of summer’s evenings kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. In fairness the units how work brilliantly but the experience as a whole was a poor 2 star affair.
