Hunter Cafe
Had a disturbing experience at this cafe. I'm anaphylactic (life-threatening allergy) to walnuts, and ate a sausage roll that had walnuts in it as an ingredient. I'm totally aware I should've checked for nuts/it's my responsibility, considering Hunter Cafe is also a vegan cafe, but on the management side the cafe did not disclose ingredients for any food inside their food display cabinet. I don't mean to be too scathing - aware it is also my fault - but I could've died and at the end of the day I aim to prevent others from dying too, especially people in their early 20s like myself who instead don't carry an Epi-Pen regularly. Fortunately for me, I did. I would strongly recommend Hunter Cafe adds ingredients to their food display cabinet, especially for any 'common foods' that they've also put nuts in like a sausage roll. We enjoyed every dish we had… middle eastern bowl, cheezzz burger with amazing patty, spinach and vegan ricotta, sausage roll. Who said that food must have a animal products to taste good? Eat here and you will change your opinion!

All vegan Cafe , breakfast until 12pm , we ordered from the lunch menu and enjoyed our nachos and the Shawarma, smoothies were yummy we also had the spinach and feta pastry triangles which were delicious.

Cute lil cafe, an easy stop on the road. Dog friendly! My partner and I swung by not knowing it was plant-based, and such a fun surprise; easily one of the tastiest vegan breakie burgs we've had ✨

Excellent vegan cafe, highly recommended. We visited for lunch and had the scrambled tofu and satay tofu bowl which was really good and also quite a lot. Coffee was really good as well. They serve no cow milk which is great!

Phenomenal! Amazing food , great staff, and really nice to see a vegan place so far away from the city. Just went their for brunch from CBD after a friend's recommendation and 10/10. Do try.
