The best pie I have had in a long while

Very nice service. I ordered a mickey mouse cake for my son's 2nd birthday. They made exactly what I was after. The cake was super moist and not too sweet at all. I would say it is one of the best cake I have had in a long time.

Im sad to say I am not happy with the new managements.I ordered a birthday cake to be picked up just before closing on day before good Friday as i needed it for the Friday but the store wasnt going to be open.I wasnt feeling well and some time past after i should have collected the cake and when i realised i was late rushed to pick up my cake in the hope some one was still there perhaps cleaning before leaving the store.Yes my fault id forgotten but what upset me was no one called me to ask would I be there soon to collect.They took my phone number when I paid for my order but why do so if no one bothered to call.They new they would be shut the next day and it was a very special birthday so i dont know why they didnt call as i would have then driven to the store and picked the cake up.So i had to wait until Easter Saterday to go and get the cake that now was no longer needed.I arrived Saterday morning to firstly appoligise i didnt pick the cake up and also mention that if some one called me i would have been there and ask them what was the reason for taking phone numbers with an order if no one was going to call?.Again i wasnt well so time past me by but would have easily gone to the shop if a call came asking me if I was coming to collect.Not a sorry but just a responce saying we were busy .They gave me the cake box and when I opened the box lid I saw that the cake wasnt the size I ordered it was to small .I said it wasnt the right size and I paid for a larger cake.The lady looked at me puzzled...I pointed to the glass cabinet showing the size I ordered ,the lady looked puzzled as to what i was trying to tell her.Anyways ...I was told the girl wrote the order down wrong.I had bought many large cakes from there before ones that had already been on display and ready to purchase, as well as ordering specialty cakes without any issues with previousmanagement and no problems at all.Im not saying their cakes are not look great but I want be buying pre ordered cakes ever again sorry to say.Part my fault as i was not feeling well and was resting when time came to oick my paid in advance birthday cake.Unfortunitly begi

Unfortunately the let down is their stale bake desserts and some pies. Bought a fruit flan and the fruit was completely off when we took a bite, their baked custard tarts where stored so long on shelves that is hard. One of their pies were off as well.This of course did not happened in a single purchase but several different occasions.Don't get me wrong, services are very friendly etc. But old baked goods should not be sold for consumption. Unfortunately the bakery is not too concerned about shelf-live of their products and could be a health risk to the public.For fresh bake breads you probably won't go wrong. This is unfortunate just to make a few dollars on the expense of their customers.

I honestly cannot say anything nice about this bakery. I moved to the area 4 months ago, first purchase a loaf of bread. Not real fresh $3:30 next day stale. Next day I tookMy son for sausage roll around 10am, I had a pie, they were not fresh, son had one bite very rude When I asked for a refundI even gave one more try as bakery bread fresh is to die for, I waited to be served. They knew I was waiting and I even rang the bell on counter. I had a loaf of bread, all they said was $3:50 no hi or Thankyou. I will not buy from again, horrible bread along with hot food and very rude service

Great customer service, ordered a cake, chocolate mud on the bottom, vanilla sponge on the top and it was absolutely delicious. Other cake makers wanted up to $400 for exactly the same cake, Annie's bakery was less than half the price, they even carried the cake out to the car for me. Staff were friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face, only bakery I will go to from now on.

If you value your health, give this place a wide berth.Payed in excess of $50 for two pork rolls, macaroon biscuits, smallbaked cheesecake and a cup cake. What a mistake that was.The pork roll was edible, but that’s where it ends. All other products were stale, rock hard and inedible.I was stitched right up. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say I bought the display cakes that sit there for weeks on end. The cheesecake looks like a baked potato pie.If the shop wasn’t so far from home I’d be throwing it all back at them and demanding my money back.

Excellent service by very helpful and polite staff. I ordered a birthday cake. It was exactly what I want. Taste delicious and presentation was awesome. Highly recommended bakery. Thank you so much
