Ordered some odd size hose. It arrived quickly and was just what I wanted. Well done !

Ordered a regulator for disposable propane canisters and received an email that it was sent on 7th September. Two weeks later still not here. I look up the tracking number and find that the parcel was sent to the wrong address down the street because it had the wrong house number on. The recipients luckily were honest enough to send back to sender, niche. If the address on the parcel had been correct they would have walked up and delivered it here. I have sent an email days ago to niche and no reply. I am writing this on 28 September. Edit. I have contacted the office by phone and the matter is in hand. Yes the item was sent to the wrong address and my email was lost in the system their end. However since the phone contact yesterday their approach has been great. I will have my item in a day or two.

I sent an email, no response. I tried to call, went to message bank. I called BOC instead, got an answer right away. Unless your query or item really is Niche I'd go elsewhere.

Today I went to buy jewellery welding machine for my father’s shop. He specially mentioned that he need machine that support LPG cylinders.The Lady came to help me, been rude at its best.She asked me about my knowledge about the subject rather than try to understand what I wanted to buy. She don’t suppose to work with customers., because people coming from different backgrounds to full fill different needs. You can be polite to everyone cause it want cost you anything.Future customers of NGP, If you want to get insulted by unprofessional person, I recommend this shop with out doubt.
