Finally opened my Klara box and was very impressed with all the products inside! The eyeshadow pallettes are gorgeous and the colour goes on beautifully! Loved the eyebrow crayon and the mascara. Was not impressed with the lip pencil.. it broke straight away when I used it and the matte liquid lipstick was horrible.. it did not go on smoothly and felt terrible on my lips leaving little balls of lipstick all over them. I couldn't wear it I took it off. So loving the eye products but the lip products not so much.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!They false advertise the bundle deals, when I received my order they had swapped products that were advertised in the picture and they said 'sorry for any confusion' because in the fine print of the products they had listed another product!! Massive lack of timing when responding to emails. (I'm talking 2 weeks) I have sent back the unwanted and misleading products over 2 weeks ago pending a refund and I still haven't heard from them. By far the worst company I have purchased from, which is upsetting given that the products are good.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE the eyeshadows I ordered, the colour really does stay on, doesn't drop everywhere and is super pigmented as described. I won't be using any other brand now, I'm hooked.

I can't recommend the PARIS eyeshadow and HIghligher Palette enough! It has all the neutral, warm go to colours that I love in a beautiful compact. The KISS PROOF LIPS matte lipstick has real staying power!
