Very dissatisfied with our experience. We purchased an investment property and were told the current tenants were great who paid on time and were up-to-date. We took over the property with rent in arrears which only got worse. We are currently chasing months of rent through QCAT. We were outright lied to by the realtor and to make matters worse when we confronted them on this, they completely started ignoring our emails.
