Asked for a price match with Gameology (they have a physical store and stock) on a board game called Dog Park, was informed rather shortly that they only pricematch within walking distance of the store. We ordered the item through Gameology instead of paying at extra $20 at EB Games. As someone who has worked in retail management this is the most ridiculous price match policy I’ve ever heard of and I will continue to window shop at EB games Taree to buy the products cheaper elsewhere

Shocking experience. Tara was beyond rude to my cousin who asked for a refund for a game he purchased. He presented the receipt and the sealed game only to be blatantly told that he could’ve “picked it up in the car park”. This is not the first time that this “employee” has been rude or short with my cousin. I’m not sure if she is prejudiced against those with disabilities but it seems that every transaction he has had with her, she has been nothing but awful.Overall a horribly unfriendly approach to customer service and an appalling way in dealing with refunds.I would not recommend this store and will certainly be taking this further.

New shop moved towards BigW.As all other EB'S same layout products etc.Worth a visit may find a game or collectable your interested in.

It would be a good store if it wasn't for the ARROGANT manager,so rude.I live in Taree but buy all my games at EBgames Forster as not to have to deal with the manager in Taree,total pig.The staff are stupid and havn't a clue.Beware of getting ripped off.

The staff may seem rude at first but after shopping there for nearly 10 years they are very helpful and just want to make sure you don't get screwed over and try their best to give the best service.The manager has very strong feelings about games but after playing them for so long myself I find that he is right about the games he talks about pretty much every time. If he tells you a game is bad then he sure as hell is right about it.

Not very friendly. My friend was looking for games for an older Xbox and when asking a question, they didn't seem to want to help at all, so I put my games back I was contemplating buying.
