Services were cancelled from a participant because they were concerned about the overspending of a his ndis budget. It doesnt affect their fees though. I just cannot make sense of this. I have assumptions that they are highly disorganized and not able to keep up with the workload. In my experience, along with other providers, invoices were always paid late. I had to constantly remind them to pay me. Furthermore, phone calls and messages are never answered. I have to call them without my number showing in order to get through to them.I would never recommend them.

Cannot fault this company. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and think laterally to help their clients. Everybody I have dealt with has been fantastic
