Total Car Care

If you would like your car returned to you without greasy hand prints and greasy footprints THROUGHOUT your car, DO NOT take your car to be repaired here! You will end up spending more on the detailing afterwards as you did for the repairs. It was a perfectly clean car when it was sent for warranty repairs to this company, and I was appalled at the condition on its return. Definitely not happy!

Update - 19/06/19 - Owner of business called and confirmed 100% that the vehicle was now fixed had been tested for 2 days and returned to the dealer we purchased from, who due to defamatory accusations we can no longer name and shame, however we are still waiting for our car to be returned in fully working order - 44 days later?According to AOC in Underwood, have stated that it is not their fault or their responsibility but Total Car Care in Slacks Creek 's as to why 6 weeks down the line after purchasing a Ford Territory that broke down on the 9th May, as to why we still don’t have it back. We have been told they have no clue as to what is wrong with it, how to fix it and that they don’t have the adequate experience and knowledge to get this vehicle back on the road. This leaves us with one organisation blaming the other and with us having spent a fortune on a car that we don’t have. Certainly won’t be recommending either of these organisations, their incompetence is hard to believe.

Total Car Care are very unprofessional. I purchased a car through a dealership who does there roadworthy certificate through Total Car Care and after waiting two days short of a month to get my car as it was having roadworthy items fixed apparently I'm now left without a car as our car shouldn't have been sold. I am taking the matter further with Fair Trading and I'm in the process of waiting for transport inspectors to come and see the car that Total Car Care apparently passed a RWC for. Not to mention they won't answer their phone.

I have used total car care for over 30 years. They are honest and very affordable. Ludwig is very upfront with what needs to be done and cost. Brilliant

Contacted to get a quote on fixing my car which has warranty couldn’t even finish my sentence before being rudely cut off and hung up on after saying to me that they didn’t have time for this and wouldn’t be able to do until after Christmas meanwhile I have no car to transport my children and understood it would be after Christmas but just wanted a quote my husband contacted after I was hung up on only to be abused, sworn at and falsely accusing me of swearing at them. I have never come across such a rude arrogant unprofessional manager. I would never recommend even calling them you might be abused because you are taking time out of their day obviously they are doing well financially as they don’t need my business.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE ..i went for a quote on changing a flywheel. all the other mechanics told me 4 to 5 hours labour..HE SAID 10 to 12 HOURS...he said he had to take the whole engine out to replace a flywheel which u dont..DONT GO TO THIS MECHANIC..hes a ripp off artist..

IF i could rate a negative star i would!!! I took my car here, the company wound the the clock back (highly illegal) they also said there was an error code with my electrical system now when i turn my high beams on all the lights on my dash now turn off. They took a chunk of paint of the bonnet there was oil stains all through my back seat. ITS LIKE THEY USED IT AS THEIR PERSONAL CAR

Too many people will complain about the least little thing these days.I WAS VERY HAPPY when I took my Toyota Camry to Total Car Care for a new water pump. The guys were helpful, professional, and also informative without being pushy.It would be great if every company were as good as these guys.Thanks to Ludwig and the boys at Total Car Care for a great job.WELL DONE. Always take my car here would never trust anyone else, owner is always straight up with me and knows i dont understand cars. Does my services and all repairs even changed my engine when i got sold a dud that shouldnt be still running he helped me in everyway he could very happy with service and recommend his to any mothers out there who just dont understand like me
