Needed a few items for a job needing cable terminations. It's conveniently located near the Toowoomba Hospital and there's parking for shoppers. The parking lot and entry were clean and inviting.In store, the shop is well lit and well laid out. There's plenty of space in the aisles between the shelves; it doesn't feel cramped.The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and keen to assist.I purchased a tool for a specialist task and was told I could return for a refund if it wasn't suitable. It wasn't and a no-fuss refund was given. Much appreciated. Otherwise, the store was well stocked with everything I needed. It's a great place to browse for things you don't need but would add to your wish list.5 stars.

Went to look at purchasing an item for my Son to play on his Birthday Present and the price was $90, so we decided to check out JB Hi-Fi and the item was $45, the economy isn't blooming at the moment snd every saving helps, being expensive doesn't always mean more customers...

As many others have stated,customer service is very poor.Staff engagement is poor.Uninterested, pretentious,presumptuous.Effective knowledge on my enquiries about a product I had purchased from jaycar online was poor.I would suggest prospective customers do their own research on the products they require and find them online elsewhere.I will never spend another dollar at jaycar.I visited the Toowoomba store at approximately 4pm 25-8-22.

I work with Sales so I undestand how important customer service is. This store is great, it has so many awesome things and is well located, but honestly, I rather spending my money on a place where I feel welcomed and I can get a good staff support.The staff were just chatting amongst themselves for a good 5 minutes and when my partner and I asked for help, they would just point where we could find the items but they wouldn't bother taking us to the right place. We had to ask help 4 times in total because we couldn't find the 2 items we were looking for with just the it's on the self around there" we got.As a cherry on the top

The staff I talked to were very helpful. The staff member was very quick to approach to help me. He gave good advice and there were a couple of options.Well done Jaycar.

Myself and my partner have shopped here multiple times. Today we walked in and the older man shouted at us to sign in. We did.All three men couldn't even say hello, the older man continued to just carry on with his story between them while slumping over the edge of the counter. He was speaking so loudly I could hear the entire story from every point in the store. This went on for a solid 10 minutes.Other people walked in, they said hello and helped them but we were still being ignored.I went to reluctantly make a purchase to which the guy hardly even acknowledged me. He basically expected me to read his mind that he was ready to serve me. He didn't ask for my membership details. Then at the end he didn't even say bye or have a good day.. absolutely nothing. So unacceptable.

Courteous and knowledgeable. Consumer electronics, hobby, diy and components. 100% recommend.
